Accountants & Auditors Association (AAA-UAE) Opens Membership for ICAP Members

The members of the UAE Chapter of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) recently facilitated a meeting between ICAP and the Executives of Accountants & Auditors Association (AAA-UAE) to explore how ICAP and AAA-UAE can work together to facilitate their members in the UAE.

Today, ICAP announced to its members that AAA-UAE’s Board has offered open membership for ICAP members who meet the following conditions:

  1. Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP)
  2. Valid UAE residency visa
  3. Two years’ work experience in UAE
  4. Letter of good standing issued by ICAP
  5. Membership fee of AED 600

ICAP has more than 700 members in UAE and the above decision will open additional opportunities for ICAP members while also diversifying the membership base of AAA-UAE. The offer is valid until 31 December 2020, before AAA introduces UAE variation exams in the region.
